Buckwheat Honey

Pure Canadian unpasteurized honey.
The color of buckwheat honey varies from dark yellow to
dark brown with a reddish tinge.
It has a high protein and mineral content, and is rich in antioxidants.
Buckwheat honey is also very rich in iron.

Buckwheat honey is used to treat anaemia, relieve heartburn,
it helps treat diseases of the digestive system and some liver diseases.
It helps prevent atherosclerosis, buckwhaet honey is often
used as a natural cardio tonic and as an effective cough medicine.
Buckwheat honey has very nice strong specific aroma and “malty”
or molasses flavour.

Fairly Good Buckwheat Honey
Not pure but better than I have been able to get elsewhere. Nice and liquid and in a jar which will enable me to keep it that way.

Buckwheat honey
It is my favourite honey and this particular one is superb; rich, dark and excellent flavour. I used to buy Buckwheat honey locally but they no longer carry it so I searched and found the Honey Bee Store. I shall return!
