The colour of clover honey varies from light yellow to light amber. It is one of the most well known and recognizable types of honey. Clover honey has fresh grassy, flowery aroma and very sweet taste.

Contains: 34 - 35% glucose and 40 - 41% fructose. When crystallized, it forms a solid white mass of soft tiny crystals. It is often used in treating vitamin deficiency and gastro- intestinal diseases. It is also known for its lactiferous action.
