Simply amazing!
My husband and I traveled in Hobart, Tasmania, last January, where we were introduced to Leatherwood honey. Arguably, the rarest honey found only in the rainforest of the World Heritage area in Tasmania. However, unfortunately, due to the agricultural regulation, we could not bring it back to Canada.
