Black Locust (Acacia) Honey

Black locust honey is produced by the honey bees collecting nectar
from the flowers of the Acacia or Black Locust tree.
Black locust honey has a fruity, floral and delicate aroma and pleasant taste.
Fresh black locust honey is light in color and very transparent.
This is the most liquid honey of all. It doesn’t crystallize for a very long time
due to its high fructose content. In crystallized form it is milk-white in color
and syrup like in texture.

Black locust honey is often used as a general tonic, as well as for insomnia,
for treating gastro - intestinal diseases, kidney and gall diseases.
Pure Canadian unpasteurized honey.
